i just finished PBCLSwiki. i have mixed emotions about this type of wiki. i went ahead and established my own wiki from pbwiki and it is hard to navigate. you definitely need to have a plan, in order to make a wiki worth utilizing. i still believe that a wiki at its basic use can be a great tool for library system, but keep it simple.
pbcls wiki is okay. i hope pbcls will expand on wiki. i think some patrons would really like it and feel involved in their library.

wikis is one of the new tools on library 2.0 that i like. i would like to see it if could be used for book reviews, facilitated by library staff and used by library users.
other way of using wiki is developing an online local history link. palm beach county and south florida is constantly changing and a wiki would be good site to find out more about the area and have people add crucial information about local history that would be hard to find.
i liked the way ALA has set up their wikis. they are clean, organized and straight to the point.
some of the other wikis are too confusing and complex. i view wikis just like a world book encyclopedia. straignt to the point and general information.
